Alam Batu

 Alam Batu Beach Bungalow Resort, located in north-eastern Bali, has everything to get divers' hearts beating a little faster – a dream destination for divers and professional photographers alike. Countless thrilling coral and dive sites in the vicinity offer unique diversity. You reach all the dive sites in no more than 20 minutes on one of their fast boats. The house reef, a full 800 meters long, also features exceptional beauty and variety with impressive biodiversity. "Small is beautiful": that's the motto at this resort, which accommodates no more than 30 guests. You can choose from various villas and bungalows where tasteful luxury is the keynote. 

Rooms

A variety of rooms to choose from:

• AC Bungalow -  typical Balinese style room with roofs thatched in alang-alang.   The bathroom is at the back of the bungalow; WC and washbasin are roofed and the shower is in the open – showering in the open air is a wonderful sensation.
• Villa Ayam - A separate section of the resort, above the garden, is the location for two comfortable air-conditioned villas with a private pool and garden. These villas are ideal for families or guests seeking plenty of privacy.
• Sendiri -   A single bungalow, similar to the double bungalows, but somewhat smaller.  

Spa

The alamBatu spa is on a slight elevation just below our house temple, whose gods watch over our resort. The spa offers massages, baths, facial treatments, body peeling and body wraps with natural raw materials such as papaya, sea salt, coconut, coffee and various nuts. Open at the sides, the massage huts are located around a pool – so the gentle splashing of the water adds to the ambience of beauty and regeneration.
Excursions

From half day to full day tours it's worth taking an excursion to discover this region's spellbinding culture and scenery.  Excursion may include:

Boat Diving

Three very comfortable dive boats are available to take divers out, each with different passenger limits.

• The newest boat can hold 8-10 guests,
• the covered fiberglass boat can take 8 guests, and
• The smaller one 6-8 guests.
• You can expect a 4:1 diver to guide ratio, max.

Up to 4 boat dives are offered daily, three day dives and a night dive (a small surcharge is assessed for the night dive on the "all in" package) Departure times you can generally expect the 1st dive: 7:30 – 8, 2nd dive around 9:45 - 10, 3rd dive after lunch and a night dive. All dives are one tank dives. Most dive sites are within a couple minutes to 15 mins away.

Alam Batu All-In Package

Alam Batu "All-In" package allows you to plan your day as you like between diving, spa treatments and excursions. If you want a full day diving, no problem, half day diving, half day spa, you can do that too. You can also do a half day excursion and spa in the afternoon, etc.

For Divers -  The generous on-site dive base offers everything you need with enough space for your equipment, a class room, a camera room, air and nitrox (Nitrox EAN 32).  Dive package includes:

• Up to 4 boat dives a day (a small surcharge is assessed for night dives)
• Unlimited shore diving
• Nitrox to certified nitrox divers
• Tanks and weights
• Optional special dives include: Mola Mola and blackwater diving

Payment

• $500.00 non-refundable deposit / person to hold a space
• 12 months prior to the trip (September 11th, 2024) - 50% of the trip balance due
• 90 days prior to the trip (June 11th, 2024)- 100% of the trip balance due
• Accepting cash, check and credit card as forms of payment.  Credit cards will be assessed an additional 4% fee.
